1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 92apk ("92apk", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 92apk platform, including but not limited to the website located at 92apk.org, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, the 92apk Casino, the sportsbook, payment services, promotional offers and all related features and content.

Access to or use of 92apk in any capacity – including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering or withdrawing – constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance also incorporates by reference our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 92apk.

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 92apk, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 92apk strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will request documentary evidence – including a copy of your CNIC or passport – where age cannot be verified by other means.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the 92apk platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where your participation would expose 92apk or yourself to legal liability.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close associate of 92apk or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries or technology partners, and you are not registering for the purpose of testing, exploiting or reverse-engineering the platform.

92apk reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Players found to be ineligible at the time of registration or at any subsequent point may have their accounts suspended and winnings withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 92apk account only. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual – whether using the same or different email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods or personal details – is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice or refund of balances.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. 92apk is not responsible for delays in payment processing or account access arising from inaccurate registration information supplied by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92apk login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account – whether authorised by you or not – is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact 92apk support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

92apk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with applicable compliance obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address and/or proof of payment method before a withdrawal is approved. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

4. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 92apk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product – sportsbook, live casino, slots or arcade. The following general rules apply across all 92apk betting products:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player under any circumstances unless 92apk exercises its discretion to do so in exceptional cases.
• In the event of a technical error that results in the display of an incorrect price, market or game outcome, 92apk reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• All casino games on 92apk use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) audited by independent third parties. The statistical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game information panel.
• Sports betting markets are subject to standard settlement rules. In the case of disputed settlements, 92apk's decision is final after due investigation.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

92apk supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Pakistani players, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20 and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The following payment terms apply:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source account less any applicable transfer fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified account in your name, at 92apk's discretion.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the 92apk cashier at the time of each transaction. These thresholds may be updated periodically.
• 92apk does not impose transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 92apk bears no responsibility.
• USDT TRC20 transactions are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times and network conditions. 92apk is not liable for delays attributable to network congestion.
• Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held pending document submission. 92apk aims to process verified withdrawals within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to payment provider processing times.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

92apk offers welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bet credits and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of each offer:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the net value of qualifying bets placed within the promotional period. Bets voided, cashed out early or settled as a push do not count towards wagering.
• 92apk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that active wagering requirements already in progress are honoured.
• Abuse of promotional terms – including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, hedging across accounts or systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy wagering requirements – will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
• Promotional offers are personal to the registered 92apk account holder and may not be transferred, sold or shared.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the 92apk platform:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any other interaction with 92apk.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, odds or the 92apk platform in a manner not approved by 92apk.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract source code or proprietary information from the 92apk platform.
• Using the 92apk platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or the financing of illegal enterprises.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive conduct toward 92apk staff or other players through chat or any other communication channel on the platform.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92apk platform – including but not limited to the 92apk brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations and software – is the exclusive intellectual property of 92apk or its licensed content suppliers. No part of the 92apk platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 92apk. Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92apk and its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages – including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses – arising from your use of or inability to use the 92apk platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory.

92apk does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical failures or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. 92apk's liability in such cases is limited to the reinstatement of affected account balances where material loss can be demonstrated.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by 92apk's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Account Termination & Suspension

92apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
• A player's self-exclusion request or a request made by a third party on behalf of a vulnerable player.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring 92apk to restrict access for players in a particular jurisdiction.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their 92apk account may do so by contacting customer support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the registered payment method following completion of standard withdrawal processing.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gambling regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which 92apk is licensed to operate. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through 92apk's internal customer support escalation process. If the dispute remains unresolved after fourteen (14) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution body as designated by 92apk's licensing authority. You retain any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

12. Amendments to These Terms

92apk reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file, or by a prominent notice displayed on the 92apk platform, no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the 92apk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and balance withdrawal before the amendment takes effect.
